Chronological age is the years since birth. Biological age reflects the real state of your cells and systems, and can be lower or higher than your chronological age.

How much of aging is genetic?

Twin studies suggest most of the variation in lifespan, around 75%, is not genetic but driven by environment and lifestyle.
